The North American Chapter of Arbitration Ireland is a group that promotes the cause of Ireland as a seat for arbitration among the US and Canadian arbitration community.

The North American Chapter’s mandate is to:

To build deeper awareness of Dublin as a seat. There has always been a significant number of US businesses in Ireland and they are a key part of our economy but with commerce can come disputes. Arbitration Ireland wants US, Canadian and international corporates and their legal representatives to feel comfortable in their disputes being resolved appropriately and dealt with efficiently in a jurisdiction they can trust.
