An experienced and accomplished arbitrator with a diverse skillset who has been serving in the role of Arbitrator since 2006.

In the intervening years Gordon has developed a diverse dispute avoidance and resolution practice, focused on the construction, engineering, environmental, technical, and related sectors. He provides a range of services, primarily acting as a neutral under a variety of private dispute resolution procedures, including arbitration, dispute boards, adjudication and conciliation, but also acting in an advisory role for Parties at various stages in the delivery of infrastructure projects.

Gordon is an active member of the ADR community, and he is listed on a number of local and international panels, including the European Commission lists of Arbitrators and Trade & Sustainable Development Experts for bilateral trade disputes with Third Countries, and the FIDIC President’s Lists of Adjudicators and Mediators.
