About:

Mr. Flanagan practices from the Law Library, Dublin & from 33 Bedford Row Chambers, London.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and acts as mediator, arbitrator and in expert determinations.

Mr. Flanagan is a member of the panel of Arbitrators of the Law Society of Ireland, the Irish chapter of the European Court of Arbitration, the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre (Dubai), the Dispute Resolution Authority of the Gaelic Athletic Association [GAA] and the Electoral Appeals Committee of the Football Association of Ireland [FAI].  He previously held the position of Judicial Chair to Sport Dispute Solutions Ireland (SDSI) within the Federation of Irish Sport.

Mr. Flanagan has particular experience in public and private infrastructure including road, landfill, marine, wastewater,water, metro, airport and strategic development projects.

He regularly lectures on Arbitration, Mediation, Infrastructure, Compulsory Acquisition and Sports Law.
